Hermes system
A lead agent and ten specialists designed around my creative workflow, from filmed ideas to edits, copy and Buffer drafts.
AI video editor
A local editing workflow used on around 20 of my own videos, built after 100+ hands-on edits.
Marketing OS
A context and content workflow for DoneListing, including a documented batch of 15 platform-specific private drafts.
Before these, there were shops, digital products, videos and plenty of experiments.

Agents with
agency.
I am especially interested in the infrastructure emerging around autonomous agents: persistent identity, controlled access to money and the ability to purchase tools or services in order to complete a goal.
Crypto becomes interesting to me when it gives agents practical infrastructure — particularly programmable ownership, global payments and lower transaction costs — rather than existing only as speculation.
