AI agents · Orchestration
Hermes system
A creative production team built from agents.

THE STARTING POINT
Why I
made it.
I wanted a workflow where I could focus on the part I enjoy most: coming up with an idea and filming it. Editing, adapting the copy for different platforms and preparing uploads are valuable, but they repeat.
What I built
Using the existing Hermes framework, I configured a lead agent and ten specialist roles around strategy, building, writing, visuals, scheduling, research and review. Shared instructions and handoffs keep the context available as work moves between roles.
My role
I chose the responsibilities, shared context and review points, connected supporting tools and directed the agents. I have also set up agent interfaces through Telegram and Discord. My contribution is the configuration and workflow around the existing framework.
What works today
The core editing and writing components worked on my own content. The complete ten-specialist chain has not been tested end to end. It is a personal system I am still refining.
What it taught me
Orchestration is not about adding more agents. It is about giving each one a clear responsibility, preserving context and knowing where human judgment belongs. I kept control of the idea, style, hook, story direction and final approval.
